2. Client-Side Processing

GeoTagAI operates primarily as a client-side application. The images you upload for EXIF manipulation are processed entirely within your local browser environment. We do not upload, store, or transmit your images to our servers.

3. AI and Geocoding APIs

To generate intelligent metadata and precise GPS coordinates, the text of your image filenames is securely transmitted to our backend infrastructure, which then queries the Google Gemini API and OpenStreetMap Nominatim API. No visual data from your images is ever transmitted or analyzed by these external services.

4. Information We Collect

If you create an account to use our Pro, Agency, or Unlimited tiers, we collect standard account information such as your name, email address, and billing details via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your raw credit card data on our servers.
