The GeoTagAI application and all associated services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the application will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any loss of data, incorrectly generated EXIF information, or SEO performance impacts resulting from the use of our service.

3. Usage Limits and Subscriptions

Your access to certain features, such as Bulk Processing and Device Emulation, is governed by your active subscription tier. Attempting to bypass rate limits or artificially inflate your allotted image quota may result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoTagAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
